ALL THE NEW PHYSIQUE MAGAZINES! Time was when you could go to the newstand and buy all of the physique played for a few dollars at most. Now, in some large cities the stands carry dozens of titles, some books costing as much as $2. each. Only the well-to-do can now afford to get all of the books, so of necessity we each must pick and choose wisely (assuming the dealer doesn't staple the books shut). In case you're interested Pictorial has enjoyed about the same rate of distribution , as it always had, in spite of this tremendous influx which in our opinion contains many books far superior in content to this little book. We do not intend to change PP drastically in any way. We will not add color in the forseeable future. We will not enlarge or reduce the size or alter the format appreciably. Apparently some readers must like us just like we are so we will continue on the same. Eventually, of course we hope to start coming out on schedule (we're only 6 months behind now), but we're not promising--just hopeing. In the meantime we wish all the other books well, and will continue to offer our work to them.
